When you join Clearswift you are welcomed into a vibrant,
energetic and supportive environment, where everyone is
treated equally, all working collaboratively towards one
goal. Interaction between teams is encouraged, whether
this is working on new projects or socialising round the
beer fridge on a Friday afternoon. It is important to us that
we provide training and personal development to all
employees throughout their career. We are constantly

everyone works well together, which fits in with the company values. The
products we produce are very innovative. It seems like there is a great
demand for DLP and this demand should only increase in the future. The
products we produce also work towards a useful cause - helping to prevent
computer misuse which is great.’
