Re: Letter of Reference and Recommendation for Ms. Lori Zezza
To Whom It May Concern:
As an Attorney and Chief Operating Officer at our firm, I have had the true pleasure of knowing and
acting as the direct supervisor of Ms. Lori Zezza in her position as Marketing Manager of our firm.
Based upon my experiences with Ms. Zezza throughout this time, I can confidently state that she has
been an exemplary employee in every respect, consistently demonstrating the highest degree of
professionalism and integrity in everything she does.
In her role as Marketing Manager, Ms. Zezza was responsible for performing a number of complex,
high-level tasks requiring extraordinary attention to detail, the ability to work effectively with minimal
supervision, and exceptional project management skills. I can personally attest, based upon my ongoing
observations, that she is a take-charge person who is able to successfully organize her efforts and
produce effective results regardless of the stressful and rapidly changing needs of the her position. She
has never failed to meet or exceed the demands of her supervisor, our business partners, and other staff,
and she has truly exemplified our company’s core values of trust, teamwork and compassion in
everything she does.
Unfortunately, as a result of significant corporate restructuring (including our company’s decision to
outsource a significant portion of our marketing budget) we were unable to continue to employ Ms.
Zezza in her position as marketing manager and her position was sadly eliminated during these
transitions. Had we been in a position to continue to employ her, however, we certainly would have
done so as I cannot speak highly enough regarding her performance of all tasks assigned to her
throughout her time with our firm. We consider the loss of her on our team a tremendous and very
difficult sacrifice, and can assure you that any company who employs her in the future is extremely
fortunate to have her as a representative of their organization.
Should you have any questions regarding this recommendation, or desire to obtain any further
information regarding the circumstances of her employment with our firm, please do not hesitate to
contact me as I will do whatever possible to facilitate Ms. Zezza’s career and opportunities in the future.
Sincerely,
Leah F. Walsh, Esq.
Chief Operating Officer
