Owning a commercial retail business taught me the importance of maintaining customer satisfaction
through diligent personal interaction and a willingness to find creative solutions to problem solving.
I create specific business plans for each client to track weekly delivery schedules, individual product
inventory and detailed billing statements. Good organization is essential in coordinating the various
financial transactions; estimated business taxes, sales tax payments, customer commission payments
and general accounting records required each month.
Daily operation of the business also involves contingency planning, crisis management triage and
systematic equipment troubleshooting to resolve unexpected problems.

Additional Information
With a life-long interest in the sciences and nature, I like to camp and hike in the mountains and deserts
