The brand I have chosen to present a digital marketing strategy for is Punchdrunk Theatre. I'm going to give you a brief introduction to them first because Punch drunk are quite different to ordinary theatre and this is quite important to the marketing strategy. In normal theatre you go into a room, sit down with other audience members and engage with a production or narrative visually and through sound. You leave the production having seen the exact same same things as everyone else in the audience. In a Punchdrunk performance, you gain a totally individual experience. You spend a number of hours, wandering around a building exploring rooms, chasing actors and finding secret performances. It is totally embodied experience, there is no linear narrative, it is subjective. So the two things that are central to take a way from this are: participation individual experience
