Handbook for Adolescents. The Handbook is an initiative of Child Rights Governance Program, Save the Children Japan. It has been developed by Dr. Danzan Narantuya, Associate Professor, National University of Mongolia and Mr Yansanjav Ochirsukh, an economist, Ochir Consulting Ltd. The Handbook is based on the ‘Budget for Children’ Handbook of the Save the Children International and developed with participation of children under financial support of the Embassy of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
