Reconfiguration/expansion Proposal for a (1)Pedestrian Connector Bridge, (2) Hotel Casino/Retail & (3) Condo Hotel/Spa Expansion - in the "dynamic spirit" of the late 50's "Modern Tropical" Hotel Style. This masterplan concept was generated during the Christmas period of 2006, and was then presented to the owner/operator of the existing El San Juan Hotel facility located in the city of Carolina, P.R. .
