Greenhouses
                            Wide span greenhouses
HIGH CLASS  Gable frame.
 The structure manages a high level of isolation and tightness with
                               their corresponding energy saving.

Galvanization
 Hot dip galvanization - Discontinuous system
 Technique

More  Covering materials: glass or cellular polycarbonate.
Specifications  For increasing the isolation, flat roofs have a joint case made of rigid
PVC, placed all along the support bar. Thus, we obtain more safety
                               and we avoid thermal change.

 Humidity and temperature probes control
the maintaining of temperature and ideal
              humidity for conservation.
 Very used to keep cut flowers during
Working short period of time, allowing the most
              optimal conservation from its harvest
              until sale. Particularly during high
              season of flower sales.

 Total flexibility with a modulation of
              20cm*20cm
             Infinity of combinations possible
Multi-  Possibility to subdivide the room:
purpose independent zone can be created into the

                                                            Irrigation

 We use double purpose sprinklers to spray
              over grow benches.

 These sprinklers have a great cover
              uniformity, dripping lack during the
Working operation, symmetric irrigation, anti-drain
              elemment, etc.

 Our systems guarantee the best drop size
in order to optimize the fine fog diffusion
              and to avoid “death zones”.

electrical switch gear and the safety and
               force control according to the
Working specifications of the greenhouse design.

 It offers complete control of greenhouses
               including irrigation and fertirrigation using
               conventional and computer systems.

 Fully computerized system for the
               automatic control of the greenhouse
               environmental parameters.

                                     Thermal screen – Shady device

 During summer time, thermal screen and
shady device stop solar radiation and
              therefore reduce the temperature inside
              the greenhouse.
Working  During the winter it allows solar radiation
to get into the greenhouse, accomplishing
great saving of oil at night, due to
reduction of air volume needed to be
warmed. It also avoids the emission of
              long wave infrared rays.

                                                               Fog systems
 Useful in order to humidify and cool the
greenhouse in a controlled way through
                 water evaporation (same physical principle
                 than Cooling System).
 Water is produced as fog by special
                 diffusers distributed uniformly along the
Working greenhouse area. The working volume flow
                 is 5.3 l/h with a pressure of 60 kg/cm2.
 It would also be possible to cool or
humidify the greenhouse by opening or
                 closing windows depending on
                 requirements.

 Mainly in research projects, the
photoperiodic systems are used in order to
obtain longer days and to increase the solar
                 radiation.
Working
 They are also used in crops where the effect
of light duration is essential for controlled
                 blooms.

 Galvanized conduits surround the wiring and
                 support lamps and other equipments.
 Two different systems depending on the light
source are proposed: asymmetric and high
                 adjustable aluminum mercury vapor lamps
with 400w bulbs or sodium vapor lamps 360w.
 Other type of system consists of standstill
Materials symmetric lamps with tubular sodium vapor
bulbs. We install systems with specially
                 projected fluorescent panels too.
 LED technology: LED is a great solution to
                 reduce power consumption controlling
climate and optimizing space for consistent
                 quality.

                                                                             32

                                                                    Cooling system

                               Depression :
By depression, a curtain of water slides by a
panel of high hygroscopic power pulp
positioned along one wall of the exhaust
gases and by high flow at low speed placed
on the opposite wall, creates a vacuum
inside, forcing the hot, dry air from outside
to penetrate trough the pannel. When air
evaporates because the internal heat, It
obtains a sharp fall in temperature (1kg of
water to evaporate cold equivalent 600 BTU.

Working

                            Over pressure :
                      The cooling system overpressure causes
the same effects but in this case by
                      independent teams (evaporative coolers)
attached to the outside wall of the
greenhouse that humidify the air and get the
pressure inside the greenhouse. The air
evacuation is carried out by motorized
shutters placed on the opposite wall to the
                                     equipment.

During warm weather, and in regions of low air relative humidity,
evaporative cooling systems provide excellent results in greenhouses.

                                                                                    33

Equipment Automatic control and regulation  Control is run by centralized and isolated lockers which keep the wiring, the electrical switch gear and the safety and force control according to the Working specifications of the greenhouse design.  It offers complete control of greenhouses including irrigation and fertirrigation using conventional and computer systems.  Fully computerized system for the automatic control of the greenhouse environmental parameters.  Windows XP Professional application Computer which performs the monitoring and registration system. System  Previously designed and customized by studying the greenhouse parameter to control, considering that it must be able to modify in the future to make changes or extensions. 27
  • 28. Equipment Thermal screen – Shady device  During summer time, thermal screen and shady device stop solar radiation and therefore reduce the temperature inside the greenhouse. Working  During the winter it allows solar radiation to get into the greenhouse, accomplishing great saving of oil at night, due to reduction of air volume needed to be warmed. It also avoids the emission of long wave infrared rays.  Horizontal and trapezoid pulling systems trough rack traction (internal system)  Roll-up systems for external and internal use with a wide variety of aluminum screens System  Opened screens  Closed screens  Thermal screens  Darkness screens  Shade screens with different degrees of shade and energetic saving. 28

  • 30. Equipment Humidifiers Wide range of air humidifiers availables!  Water mechanic pulverization through Working centrifugal force with adjustable capacities from 1 to 50 l/h..  It does not require filtering, water Disinfection treatment or special maintenance Treatments  Very easy installation. 30
  • 31. Equipment Fog systems  Useful in order to humidify and cool the greenhouse in a controlled way through water evaporation (same physical principle than Cooling System).  Water is produced as fog by special diffusers distributed uniformly along the Working greenhouse area. The working volume flow is 5.3 l/h with a pressure of 60 kg/cm2.  It would also be possible to cool or humidify the greenhouse by opening or closing windows depending on requirements. Disinfection  Done with soluble phytosanitary products Treatments through dispenser equipment. 31
  • 32. Equipment Crop lighting  Mainly in research projects, the photoperiodic systems are used in order to obtain longer days and to increase the solar radiation. Working  They are also used in crops where the effect of light duration is essential for controlled blooms.  Galvanized conduits surround the wiring and support lamps and other equipments.  Two different systems depending on the light source are proposed: asymmetric and high adjustable aluminum mercury vapor lamps with 400w bulbs or sodium vapor lamps 360w.  Other type of system consists of standstill Materials symmetric lamps with tubular sodium vapor bulbs. We install systems with specially projected fluorescent panels too.  LED technology: LED is a great solution to reduce power consumption controlling climate and optimizing space for consistent quality. 32
  • 33. Equipment Cooling system Depression : By depression, a curtain of water slides by a panel of high hygroscopic power pulp positioned along one wall of the exhaust gases and by high flow at low speed placed on the opposite wall, creates a vacuum inside, forcing the hot, dry air from outside to penetrate trough the pannel. When air evaporates because the internal heat, It obtains a sharp fall in temperature (1kg of water to evaporate cold equivalent 600 BTU. Working Over pressure : The cooling system overpressure causes the same effects but in this case by independent teams (evaporative coolers) attached to the outside wall of the greenhouse that humidify the air and get the pressure inside the greenhouse. The air evacuation is carried out by motorized shutters placed on the opposite wall to the equipment. During warm weather, and in regions of low air relative humidity, evaporative cooling systems provide excellent results in greenhouses. 33
  • 34. Equipment Heating We offer all kind of heating installations  We can carry out simpler heating systems installing electric aerotherms or hot air generators, fixed or portables ones, with heat exchanger or direct gas combustion.  Free outflow through single or double dissemination or distribution by pipelines. Installations  We are specialized in high output hot water installations, either radiant steel pipe or polyethylene/propylene pipes for substrates warming on tables or floors, aerotherms or a combination of both.  We can also consider cases of cogeneration, biomass and absorption systems. Regulation and control of these more sophisticated installations are made through motorized valves with analogical (3V or 0/10V) or digital exits and computerized controllers. 34
