2. 流程介绍
Process Description
1.Limestone crushing and storage and auxiliary material conveying
The limestone & clay will be sent by the dump truck to the crushing department and
discharged into the feed hopper, then fed into the impact hammer crusher by apron
feeder. The belt conveyor transport the crushed material to the limestone stock pile
The material shall be conveyed to the luffing lateral cantilever stacker to spread
limestone equally in rectangle long store. The pre-homogenized limestone will be
reclaimed by a bridge scraper. Then it will be fed into silo for raw material dosing.
The pure limestone and iron ore which storied in the additive storage house will be
discharged into the hopper by shovel loader. Through the bar gate and vibrating
feeder, they will be sent to respective silo for raw material dosing by belt conveyor.
2. Raw material dosing station
There are 3 silos for limestone & clay, pure limestone and iron ore in this station.
All materials will be proportioned by the constant weigh feeder. The mixture will be
sent to the vertical mill. The metal remover and metal detector located upon the belt
conveyor are used for protecting the vertical mill.
3. The raw material grinding
The materials coming from the dosing station are transmitted by belt conveyor and
air -lock valve, then they will be fed into raw material mill for grinding and separating,
the reject coarse material is returned to the mill for regrinding, elected product enter
the cyclone separator, the final product shall be transmitted by chain conveyor, air
slide and bucket elevator to the homogenized silo of the raw material to deposit. The
exhausted gas coming from the mill enters the cyclone separator, passing through
discharged fan, air conditioning pipe and mixing with the exhausted gas from kiln
inlet. The mixed exhausted gas enters the bag filter to deducting.
The raw material mill utilizes the exhausted gas coming from the kiln end preheater
as the drying heat source, when the rotary kiln is not running, the reserve hot air
generator will be used to generate the hot gas for the mill.
4. The raw material homogenizing silo & Kiln feeding system
A continuous raw material homogenizing silo will be adopted. The raw material
coming from vertical mill and the dust from the exhaust gas treatment system will be
fed into the silo together through bucket elevator, air slide.
Through the discharging system at silo bottom, the homogenized raw meal shall be
3. fed into the measuring bin equipped with load cell. After weighing by the solid flow
meter, it will be conveyed to the preheater by air slide and bucket elevator.
5. Clinker calcining system and exhaust gas treatment
The clinker calcining system include:A single line 5 stage low pressure loss preheater
and precalciner, rotary kiln and air beam grate cooler with grate area.
The weighed raw meal will be fed into 5-stage preheater with precalciner. In the
preheater and precalciner, it will be decarbonated to the rate of 90%~95% and fed
into the rotary kiln to burn into the clinker under high temperature. The clinker will
enter the grate cooler with breaker. The clinker out of the cooler will be sent to the
clinker silo via the bucket chain conveyor.
The air out of the cooler will be either to the rotary kiln as the secondary air, or to
the precalciner as the tertiary air, or to the bag filter to be dedusted and emitted into
the atmosphere. The collected dust will be sent to the clinker silo.
6. Clinker storage, gypsum crushing & Cement dosing station
Clinker will be stored in a silo. The gypsum will be sent to the jaw crusher by shovel
loader. The crushed gypsum will fed into gypsum dosing silo by the bucket elevator.
The material used for grinding cement will be proportioned by the constant weigh
feeder located at the bottom of all the clinker and gypsum silos. Then it will be fed
into the cement mill by belt conveyor.
7. Cement grinding
A set of closed circuit cement grinding system consists of a cement mill and a O-Sepa
high efficiency separator. After grinding in the cement mill, the material will be fed
into the O-Sepa separator for separating. The reject will be returned to the mill for
regrinding, and the elected product will be sent to the bag filter. The collected finish
product transmitted by air slide will be transported into two cement silos.
8. Cement storage
The cement will be stored in two silos. The aeration system will be installed at the
bottom. Aerated cement will be discharged to the air slide by the discharging system,
then it will be carried to packing department and bulk cement loading department.
9. Cement packing and bulk cement loading
The cement from the cement silo will be fed into the vibrating screen by the bucket
elevator to discharge the impurities. The bag cement packed by the packer will be
sent to the belt conveyor, and load to the truck for dispatching.
A bulk cement bin is used for bulk cement loading. Through the discharging system
and the bulk loader, the cement will be dispatched by the truck.
4. 10. Air compressor station
A compressed air station will be built with 3 screw air compressors. The compressed
air will be dried in the refrigeration dryer. Then it will be conveyed to each use point.

XXX TPCC cement plant is owned by XXX Cement Group, situated at Wazo Hill, 30km from
the north of Dares Salaam, Tanzania. It is a 2500tpd expansion project.Holcim Tranding under
Holcim Group carried out project management in line with Holcim quality criteria. TPCC is the
largest-scale cement production line with the most advanced technology in Tanzania up to date.

XXX Cement Production Line EPC Project (Project Duration:2-3 years)
2002 年,上海同力承揽了有意大利 COLACEM 集团投资的 XXX SOMECEM 水泥厂总承包项
目,这是公司在海外市场承接的第一个完整的日产水泥熟料 2000 吨的 EPC 总承包项目。在
公司走出国门的初期阶段,在尚未建立外交关系的陌生国度,上海同力克服了诸多难以预料
的困难,顺利完成总承包合同任务,为公司全面进军海外市场积累来了经验、坚定了信心、
赢得了信任。
In 2002, Shanghai Tongli contracted XXX Cement Production Line EPC Project invested by
Italian XXX. It is the first complete 2000tpd clinker production line EPC Project of XXX. At the
initial stage of going abroad, XXX has conquered various unexpected difficulties in the strange
country with whom China still had not established official diplomatic relations, and smoothly
finished the EPC contract, which helps to gain more experience, build the confidence and earn
trust for XXX to enter overseas market.

我公司承建的 XXX 水泥公司 RCC 项目占地面积 115 公顷,该项目建设范围从原料进厂
破碎到水泥包装出厂全部水泥生产线,另外还建有机修车间,办公楼等附属建筑和设施,另
由业主自行建设配套发电厂,建设 6 台 7500KW 燃油发动机组。

hectares. The scope of this project covers the entire cement production line ranging from raw
material entering to cement packing and dispatching as well as supporting buildings and facilities
like mechanical workshop and administrative building and etc. Additionally, the employer also
builds a power plant with 6 7500kw oil-powered generators.
