Preparing for Professional Sports By: Evan and Maddie
Hydration If you don’t hydrate you will feel very sluggish through out your event
Eat healthy If you don’t eat healthy you wont be at your best for the entire game
Rest  If you don’t rest you will have no energy and will not perform well
Warm up/Stretch  If you don’t warm up your muscles will be very stiff when you start playing and it will take you a while to properly warm up
Mentally Preparation You can mentally prepare by listening to music or thinking about the game in general. If you don’t do this, then you wont be into the game off the start
Be on time If you are not on time then you will not have time to do all the things that will help you prepare
Positive attitude You won’t perform if you always have a negative attitude
Visually Preparing Sometimes its not enough to mentally and physically prepare. If you don’t visually prepare you might not be fully prepared
No parties before a Game Partying before a game can make you tired and you will not have a good game
No Alcohol or Drug consumption Consuming drugs or alcohol before a game will cloud your judgment and affect your game in a bad way
Why we chose this. We chose this topic because we both play sports and we both know how to prepare for sports.
