2. Hydration If you don’t hydrate you will feel very sluggish through out your event
3. Eat healthy If you don’t eat healthy you wont be at your best for the entire game
4. Rest If you don’t rest you will have no energy and will not perform well
5. Warm up/Stretch If you don’t warm up your muscles will be very stiff when you start playing and it will take you a while to properly warm up
6. Mentally Preparation You can mentally prepare by listening to music or thinking about the game in general. If you don’t do this, then you wont be into the game off the start
7. Be on time If you are not on time then you will not have time to do all the things that will help you prepare
