In my opinion, the reasons that mobile phone payment systems
have not become widely used in Malaysia are because our
country has no confidence about using this technology. It is
maybe because our technology cannot be compared with
technology in Japan, as this technology came from Japan.
Furthermore, people in Malaysia do not have any knowledge
about this technology and I think they will not use it if this
technology is well-known because of its security. Thank you.
