PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY) .
Saudi Arabia largest new project of refining and petrochemicals.
Also have the experience of interacting with some of the world renowned companies i.e.
technip, tecnicas reunidas, samsung enginering, nuovo pignone, ebara etc.
Pre-commissioning: i.e. butt listing, p&ids verification in field, blowing, flushing, lube oil
flushing, machinery performance tests, equipment seal tests, control loops’ verification
etc.
Commissioning: i.e. turbine ost, centrifugal compressor surge mapping, initial startup of
all machinery etc.
Successful startup: played an active role in successful initial startup.
Prepared various manuals as a team member i.e. emergency handling two column
procedure, post manual, safety critical manual, equipment handover manual, all
equipments summerized data sheets, etc
So that as a mechanical technician with KBR I have the honor to work in SATORP in
installation, commissioning & overhauling of various machinery & static equipment.
