regularly to work together on the policies ,procedures and
providing robust support for the smooth functioning of the school.
• Samvaad: Once a week sharing session of School Heads and
curriculum leaders from all parts of the school
• Forum Meetings: Meetings with different departments to
bringing more ownership in the decision making process.

• Developing application for online testing used for Aptitude

• Upgraded Personnel Management Module for HR
department.
• 29 new notebooks for teachers.
• 10 new thin client terminals for senior school library
8. Centralized Calendar
•
Centralized and database driven calendar has
been developed where interfaces have been
provided in StepSys (School ERP System),
Parent Portal and School’s website.
•
The data is being maintained at the single
place, it has brought accuracy and clarity and
also resulted in non duplication of work.
•
New advanced features like tagging and filters
are being added into the application and new
interface will be ready for the new session.
