Standalone device with onboard storage capabilities.
The Wireless DAQ provides the Flexibility to connect multiple types of sensors as the input
from the physical parameter field sensing devices (Sensors).
Data transmission and receipting, using Low-Power, Wide-Area (LPWA) network technology.
Battery operation for 3-6 months (2AA Batteries).
Industrial grade design to meet the extreme working environments.
Flexibility to integrate various types of Sensors and various modes of RF communication
(WiFi, 6LoWPAN, BLE, GSM).
DESCRIPTION: FEATURES:
APPLICATION:
Sensing unit:
The 16-bit analog to digital interface of the microcontroller converts the analog signal to an
equivalent digital form. Since it is 16-bit ADC it has high resolution i.e it can detect a smallest
signal change. The samples can be collected from multiple channels at given point of time
with high sampling rate.
Storage device:
The controller has a built in USB interface. USB drive can be used to store the measured
physical parameter.
Low power:
The processor used for this application is an ultra low power kinetis L series processor
with ARM cortex M0+ core so that the device can be operated in battery for long duration.
Communication interface:
The measured data is streamed and sent to the remote monitoring and control unit via RF,
WiFi, GSM/GPRS or BLE.
