bullying. Face book and twitter is against bullying also, and they are
helping us tell the world that bullying should stop. There are about
800 million active Face book users and about 500 million active
twitter users. Together we can spread the word, and stop bullying.
    Follow and Visit st0pbully1ng.tumblr.com
    twittervsbullying.tumblr.com and facebookvsbullying.tumblr.com on
Tumblr to see what we have been up too. If we keep it up, maybe
other religions around the world can keep the word going and help
    us stop bullying.

 THE BUDDHIST WANT YOU GUYS TO TAKE PART AT OUR
EVENT WHICH WILL BE HELD AT THE BUDDHIST TEMPLE ON
MAIN STREET ON JANUARY 14TH 2013 AT 12:00 NOON.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME. WE DON’T WANT YOU TO MISS OUT
ON AN EXTRAORDINARY EVENT THAT CAN CHANGE THE
    WORLD. #STOPBULLING
From a Buddhist:
 Tibetan teacher and founder of the Shambhala Tradition, Chogyam
Trungpa Rinpoche, often talked about the poverty mentality. He was
referring to the feeling that you aren’t good enough or don’t have
enough. This can lead to aggression. When someone exposes our
weaknesses, it can be painful and we can quickly feel victimized.
We start feeling sorry for ourselves and even incomplete. The more
we think about it, the more we become a victim in the sense that our
negative emotions take hold and lead us down darker paths. Instead
of being a victim, be present with those raw feelings, whether they
are anger, pain or helplessness.Take a deep breath and recognize
what those emotions feel like in your body. Then let them go and
    move on with your life.
