BRONZE VENUS: Celebrating 85 Years of Black Divas in Film

Starting October 2013, the International Black Women’s Film Festival will celebrate eleven years of exciting and quality films by and/or featuring Black women from around the world. This year we’re introducing a new film series: BRONZE VENUSES: 85 Years of Black Divas in Film! Over ten classic films featuring the bronze sirens of yesteryear will be shown to the general public, many for the first time in over 50 years!
