our partners in the
development of
cooperatives- the
cooperatives themselves,
national government
agencies, the Legislature,
and the Local Government
Units
Accreditation of Training Providers, issued
Memorandum Circulars to strengthen the
provisions of the Coop Code as mandated as well
as to tie the loose ends of our policy, both internal
and external
Enlightenment of the general membership
on the plans and programs of
cooperatives, effective and dedicated; and
honest and efficient management would
make the organization as successful

We managed our resources well while making
important strategic investments on human capital to
help us deliver on our mandate aiming to yield socio-
economic dividends for cooperatives in the country
which ultimately redound to the benefit of the
marginalized sector of our society
one of the first significant was the creation
of the Bids and Awards Committee for the
very purpose and intent of having control
on the transparent bidding and awarding
of contract and for economic reasons
