and visual
aids in his
speech
where as Ken
Robinson
uses none.

4. Visual aid usage
The audience in
Jarrett’s speech
seemed to
laugh more at
the visuals then
his stories.

5. Ken Robinson
Both speakers use humorous stories
to connect to the audience thought
Ken seems to connect better and
kept the audience laughing.

6. Jarrett’s audience
Jarrett starts with some
dark stories trying to
connect with the
audience and it took a
while for him to make
the connection.

7. Room and Lighting
Ken’s audience and stage are
both well lit where Jarrett’s
stage and audience are dark
and gloomy.

8. Conclusion
Both speakers were very good at
making their points, neither spoke
with great urgency on the topics
but both connected with the
audience through the use of their
strengths.
Ken’s with a steady stream
of humor and Jarrett with
the use of some interesting
and unique visual aids.
