David Wall
David works with organisations and the people within them to
help them become themselves at their best. He is a highly
experienced business thinker and practitioner who draws upon
his unique work and wide experience of leading organisations
through significant change
He is Chairman of leading-change.co.uk and Chief Executive of
The Centre for Leadership Studies – Europe, organisations who
work extensively to help individuals and businesses grow and
succeed. The team he leads works with leading companies in
the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and North America.
David is the original developer of “Shaping the Future” and “The Complete Leader”
series: building a unique body of widely respected work. His passion is helping
businesses and their people achieve the success they say they seek. He has continued
his earlier work with Ken Blanchard and Paul Hersey, integrating his work with that of
Tom Peters, Warren Bennis and Michael Porter for a cohesive and practical approach
valued by directors and front-line alike.
His uniqueness is his original thinking, practical application, powerful communication
and range of experience. He applies his “holistic” approach to every aspect of
generating value in organisations including strategic development, management
development, branding, business leadership, and service delivery in a continuing quest
to create great places to buy from, work in and invest.
Recognised for his zest for life, energy and dynamic presentations he is in great demand
as a business colleague, communicator, keynote speaker and facilitator.
David has worked as a director, manager or contractor with organisations such as
Argos, easyJet, Lucas Variety, Apple Computers, Virgin Atlantic, L’Oreal, Rolls Royce,
British Olympics Association, Shoppers Drug Mart, Abbey National, Shell, Elf and
London Underground to name but a few. Recently, he has played a key role in helping to
grow the business performance and management capability of, European Golf Brands,
Hillarys Blinds and Argos Customer Services in readiness for £multi-million sell-offs or
demerger.
He loves most sports, co-founded a yacht delivery and charter business, was team
manager of a British touring car championship team, is still a competitive racing driver,
and teaches both rally and race driving in the UK.
