Pour Over Brewing

Grind beans using
a medium fine grind
Rinse filter with hot
water 200C to purge the
paper taste and preheat the
cone

Bring filtered water to
boil and let cool for 45
seconds.
Add coffee to filter. Use
2 tbsp for 8 oz.
of brewed coffee

Using little water,
saturate the grounds for
15 seconds
Slowly pour grounds in
circular motion, saturating
the grounds evenly
