2. Step 1
 Grind beans using
a medium fine grind
 Rinse filter with hot
water 200C to purge the
paper taste and preheat the
cone

3. Step 2
 Bring filtered water to
boil and let cool for 45
seconds.
 Add coffee to filter. Use
2 tbsp for 8 oz.
of brewed coffee

4. Step 3
 Using little water,
saturate the grounds for
15 seconds
 Slowly pour grounds in
circular motion, saturating
the grounds evenly
