3. Face Recognition The system has 3 parts: The database with the photo samples The sensor's software which will process the data received from the sensor The comparison software which will compare the data from the sensor with what he has in the database

6. Selecting the team and assigning tasks We will talk about the project that needs to be completed in the given time which is from the 6/7/11 8:00 AM until 7/18/11 9:00 AM
7. Analysis and Proiecting The team will talk study the standard algorithms for the face recognition programs, the best algorithm will be selected and implemented in the software
8. Writing the actual code for the aplication This part will be divided in the 3 parts, database creation with the ability to add and remove pictures, the sensor’s software and the comparison software
11. Presentation and delivery In this phase of the project the team creates the final product presentation and the document that will accompany the product
12. Conclusions OpenProj is really useful for managing the software project It is very user friendly, after watching just a couple of tutorial I was able to work with the program It can approximate the total cost of the project or just parts of it
