We all know that social media is important. We know that it can and will improve your business by strengthening
your brand, increasing top-of-mind awareness, and bringing in internet leads. But what are you supposed to say
on these things to accomplish all that? This class will cover the basics of social media: what it is, why you should
use it, and how to get started. We will explain what ‘social media’ actually is, the basic concepts of ‘Web 2.0,’ and
why businesses need to pay attention. We will cover the basic setup of profiles on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
and Wordpress, and explain how to use these effectively.
