MARKET UPDATES & STOCK RECOMMENDATION
 According to Maybank Kim Eng, data monetization
will speed up in 2014. 4G adoptions will occur faster
than 3G as new future handsets will all be 4G
devices.
HONGKONG LAND
 OCBC's potential acquisition of Wing Hang Bank will
significantly enlarge the Singapore bank's Greater
China footprint and tie in with its strategic direction
for the region. Howver, pricing would be key
 ASIA Fashion Holdings on Monday announced that
it would be acquiring the entire share capital of
China Construction Material Hong Kong (CCMH)
from China Construction Material Holdings for 100
million yuan (S$20.9 million).
 The Singapore Exchange reported on Monday that
its securities daily average value (SDAV) declined
20% in December to S$951 million compared to a
year ago.
