2. Intelligent They visit to many physician, ultimately becomes loaded with drug of different system of medicine. Even sometimes they try to judge the Physician. These types of patient must be educated / guided by the physician and advised to narrate / describe their experience, so that they can be studied accurately.

3. Sensitive They are neurotic, hysterical patient who exaggerate their symptoms with a belief that the physician will pay more attention to them and will prescribe stronger or higher power of medicine by which he will be cured early. The tendency to exaggerate symptoms is itself a symptom, because no healthy person would do that.

4. Indolent They are too lazy to disclose their symptoms and to remember / to recollect them and also to present before the physician. They should be instructed to write down their own symptoms as and when these appears. Even if they show reluctance, the physician should insist upon it further or refuse to prescribe for them.
