things:
What you know in your head.
&
What you've read in the story.

3. A Conclusion is
something you come up
with when you put those
2 thing together..

4. Example:
o I cannot walk.
o I sleep in a crib.
o I drink from a bottle.
What am I?

5. This is the
gum
talking
Meanwhile, outside the
mouth, the little girl
and her mother
were on their
way to the
park for a picnic.

6. What do we know about gum and picnics?
What do we learn from the story?

7. The next day, the little girl
and her mom came back to
the park for a walk. The
little girl wanted to rest, so
they both sat on a newly
painted bench.
