1. MY WEEK-END IN A
ROMANIAN FAMILY

2. I have just spent a wonderful week-end with a Romanian pupil!
Her name is Thea, she is almost 7 and she is a pupil in our school. in Sibiu, a city in
the centre .
Thea has got two cousins, Paul and Octav, who are 13 and 7 years old. The latter is
Thea’s classmate, too.
We are here in
Octav’s home,
playing together
with toy-cars
and dinosaurs.

3. That’s the three of us!
We have made friends
easily and we had a
wonderful time together!

4. Guess what? I joined
Thea and her mother in their
sports classes! Thea taught
me how to practise Zumba!
It’s fun!
Doing sports is really
great!

5. As you see, I joined Thea
everywhere! Here I was sitting
next to her while she was
doing her homework!
She likes school and she
takes great pleasure in learning
and writing!

6. I’ll never forget what a good
sleep I had in Thea’s
arms! She was a real
friend!

7. We are here at Thea’s favourite playground. We are having a marvellous time!

8. Great weather! Lots of fun!! I have also met some of Thea’s friends. They spend a
lot of time together since they are neighbours.

9. Don’t we look nice together?
We went shopping
at the mall! I enjoyed it a lot!

10. That’s me, Thea and her parents, Claudia and Tony. We are at her grandma’s
cottage in Sadu, a village near Sibiu.

11. On Sunday evening, having
dinner with my friend! She
is thinking about the new school
week which is about to begin!

12. That’s the way I spent last weekend! It was
great spending time with Thea, her family
and friends!
And I love Sibiu and the sorroundings!
