We need to improve comparability of estimates for
industrial applications, as in power
Setting boundaries around capture processes on sites
Approaches to estimating production costs (or NPV, etc.) in
different sectors (equivalent to LCOE)
Use common terminology for citing costs and inputs
Allocation of costs across multiple product streams
Allocation of costs across multiple processes onsite
Baselines for estimating CO2 avoidance costs
Incorporation of relevant risks
