In the reference cited, wherein the commissioner of Civil Supplies, A.P.,
Hyderabad has called for certain information regarding the requirement of rice for the
ensuring academic year 2007-08 in the following format.

Therefore, the District Educational Officer, Nellore is requested to furnish the
above information including Urban Schools i.e., Nellore, Kavali, Gudur & Vankatagiri are
also shown in the format separately in addition to the Rural area Schools immediately by
30th of April, 07 to this Office through Hard & Soft copy i.e., CD in Excel, if failed to
furnish the send the said information rice shall be allotted for next months onwards.
