ABSTRACT
Strategic planning is the process of looking at all aspects of schooling and planning
on strategies to move the educational program forward. Leading a school is time
consuming, stressful, and challenging. Running a school is time consuming,
stressful, challenging and enjoyable. Educational leaders can incorporate the Ways
of Knowing Through the Realms of Meaning (Kritsonis, 2007) in creating a strategic
plan.___________________________________________________________________
