     • War as a certain uncertainty
     • Fears keep gold high BUT stock markets surging
     • Governments trimming social programs
     • Governments dependent on NPO sector
     • Health reform as an uncertain certainty

                           capture and motivate donor enthusiasm
                –          But boards don’t always turn to philanthropic leaders
                           for membership!
