The Association of Timeshare Recyclers has six membership options created to benefit the comprising components of the timeshare secondary market. One of these membership levels is the ATR-TOC (Timeshare Owners Coalition) which is an organization comprised of timeshare owners and secondary market businesses whom each receive the many benefits of ATR membership. The funds raised through membership are filtered back into the Association of Timeshare Recyclers legislation efforts.

Mission
The mission of the ATR is to find, create
and promote timeshare exit strategies that
work for the consumer, timeshare
resorts, and primary market companies.
Vision
The ATR vision is to be influential in solving an
industry defining issue, which is how to balance the
needs of timeshare consumers who do not want
to continue to pay maintenance fees for programs
that they are not using, with the timeshare resorts
who rely on fee collection to run effectively.
By building with the end in mind, which is really
the secondary market, we will reinvent the
timeshare product and give consumers the
vacation programs that they have been asking
us for.

4. The Association of Timeshare Recyclers (ATR) is a
non-profit organization. Our mission is to find, create, and
promote exit strategies that work for the timeshare
industry as a whole.
The ATR is based on four key objectives.
1. To find and promote viable and economically healthy
exit solutions for timeshare owners that work for the
entire timeshare industry.
2. To be an ambassador and champion for the
timeshare secondary market with consumers, the
timeshare industry and government officials, through
public relations campaigns, consumer education,
and lobbying efforts.
3. To be an industry benefactor and promoter of
innovative solutions that increase the general
efficiency of the secondary market. Including
education of timeshare secondary market
companies who are not producing good results.
4. To promote and maintain a code-of-ethics for
timeshare secondary market companies.

7. ATR-TOC Timeshare Owners Coalition
The ATR TOC was developed and launched based on the ATR
objective of supporting the secondary market and its components. One-
hundred percent of TOC proceeds are directed towards ATR legislative
efforts.
The Timeshare Owners Coalition is dedicated to protecting the rights of
all timeshare owners, including their right to easily exit their timeshare
without negatively affecting their credit score or having to endure years
of harassment by credit collectors.
HOA Outreach Program
Provides numerous functional solutions to help bridge the gap and
eliminate the disconnect between HOAs and their members.
Inventory Assumption Services: ATR Inventory Acquisition Program for
ATR affiliated trade-in companies, the ATR has an inventory acquisition
program whereby the ATR will assume your traded-in inventory.
