level changes, and a map-based collection of
property layers
 Collaboration between UH/SOEST, NOAA
(CSP), State (Coordinator for the National Flood
Insurance Program within DLNR), City and
County
 Leverage “delivery mechanism” infrastructure of
PacIOOS (regional association of IOOS)
