THESE PEOPLE HAVE
A WILLINGNESS TO ACHIEVE
A NOBLE GOAL AND
THEY HAVE A LASTING
BATTERY THAT IS FILLED
WITH SOLAR ENERGY
THEY ARE SELF - RENEWING
THE BIGGER THE GOAL IS;
THE MORE MOTIVATED
THESE PEOPLE ARE.
BUT, WHAT ABOUT THE
ENVIRONMENT AND ITS
IMPACT ON MOTIVATION?
LIKE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
THEY EXTINGUISH FIRE
SO ARE SOME MANAGERS
AND ENVIRONMENTS
They are expectations
extinguishers
THEY ARE DREAM
EXTINGUISHERS.
THEY ARE MOTIVATION
EXTINGUISHERS
UNFORTUNATELY, THESE
MANAGERS ONLY KINDLE
HARMFUL FIRES AND DO NOT
EVEN KNOW HOW TO PUT
THEM OFF. WHO WOULD
CONTINUE WORKING FOR
THEM OR WITH THEM?
YET ANOTHER METAPHOR FOR
DE-MOTIVATING MANAGERS

REPEL TALENTS, IDEAS
