The trampo is a summer dish from Mallorca made with diced Majorcan green peppers, onions, and tomatoes seasoned with salt and oil. It has a tomato base without lettuce. To make it, green peppers, onions, and tomatoes are diced and combined in a bowl before being seasoned and refrigerated for a few hours before serving.

2. The trampo ingredients are:
 Majorcan green pepper
 Majorcan onion
 Tomatoes
 Salt and oil

3. The trampo is a typical summer dish from
Mallorca. It is a variant of the salad that it has
the essential characteristic of a tomato base cut
into small pieces and without any lettuce.

4. First, we dice the green pepper and chop the
onion. Then, we take off the seeds of the
peppers and tomatoes and dice them as well.
Next, we put everything together into a bowl.
Finally, we season it with oil and salt.
The dish is ready but it’s nicer if we leave it in
the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
