ETCBASE is located at *ITU Arı Teknokent in Istanbul –TURKEY and
has been operating since 1995.
For over 18 years we are providing enterprise software solutions,
software support and training in non-performing loans to banks, telco
& digital broadcast and utility companies.
As of 2012, 70 % of the non-performing assets / receivables in Turkish
banks is *$ 15.5 Billion (principle+interest etc. $93 Billion ) and this
amount is managed by our software solution
