2011-2012 Division F
Sportsmanship Award Winner
DVMS was selected by our peer schools as the recipient of the
Division Sportsmanship Award.
Schools rank their peers based on the following criteria, a school must be involved
in at least 50% of IESA activities, no ejections for the entire school in any activity
(players, coaches, and fans), and the school and community must exemplify all
around good behavior indicative of good citizens and good sports.
Only 15 schools in the state receive this honor which recognizes the outstanding
behavior of an IESA member school.
This is the second win for DVMS
DVMS.
The first was 2009-2010.
