Notes de l'éditeur It’s good to be there…but you need a different kind of clarity… Here’s the key…if you want to take this approach…you can’t dictate how someone gets where they’re aiming. Coaching needs to be treated as the backbone, and as a starting point…NOT the desitnation.Think about this: Jesus sent the disciples 2x2, they got things done. This is what you're trying to do with coaching: implement.Provides accountability & support. You need a target. What are you aiming for? And THERE's the Big Challenge…We want to think that since we have coaching, we're good.Don't forget that coaching is not an END OUTCOME…it's a TOOL.It could be a wrench or a hammer or a stapler, but bottom line: just a tool. Not a silver bullet…Not Here’s how it works: Starting in the harvest, this process takes an individual on a journey toward obedient discipleship and then on to a place where they are meaningfully engaged in focused ministry that reflects God's unique gifting and calling on their lives. For many this focused ministry will be worked out in a healthy local church, but for some it may mean moving into effective leadership as ministry leaders, pastors, church planters, or movement leaders. This type of effective leadership, practiced consistently, will then create a cycle of continuous multiplication that provides for a much more extensive harvest that reaches far beyond the walls of any one church.
