Larry Page is an American technology entrepreneur and businessman who co-founded Google along with Sergey Brin. He was born in Michigan in 1973 to parents who were both computer science professors. He studied computer engineering and computer science, earning degrees from the University of Michigan and Stanford University. While at Stanford, he met Sergey Brin and they worked on a research project to create a search tool that finds the most relevant web pages, which became the basis for the Google search engine they later founded in 1998. Page currently serves as CEO of Google's parent company Alphabet.
