I am interested in building successful online communities and social computing applications. These applications depend crucially on user participation. Finding ways to stimulate participation is an interdisciplinary area between computer science, social psychology, and economics. Since people is motivated by different things, I am particularly interested in personalization approaches that tailor the incentives for users depending on their personal features and the features of their groups / communities.
