4. Your safety and that of others is very important.
We have provided many important safety
messages in this manual and on your evice. Make sure to
always read all safety messages and to abide by them.
You can be killed or seriously injured
if you do not immediately follow
instrucions.
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock ,fire, injury and
exposure to excessive microwave energy:
■ Read all instructions before using the microwave generator.
■ Read and follow the specific "precautions to avoid
possible exposure excessive energy microwave "in this
section.
■ The microwave generator must be grounded. Connect the
unit only on an outlet
properly grounded. See "GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR BI
NDING" in this section and in the installation instructions.
■ Do not operate the microwave generator if the power
cord or plug is damaged, if not working properly, if it was
damaged or dropped.

5. What are microwave?
Microwaves, like visible light, are part of the spectrum of
electromagnetic radiation. are extremely high frequency
radio waves. As the frequency increases radiation, its
wavelength decreases. The very high frequencies
correspond to very shirt leng this wave, hence the name
of microwaves. Infrared? radiation, ultraviolet light and X-
ray electromagnetic radiation, but at wavelengths shorter
than even the microwave.absorption microwave
reflectivity and are functions of the matters submitted to
them. The metal surface are good reflectors of
microwaves. However, materials can not conduct
electricity microwave to pass
through with little absorption. All other materials that lie
between the metal and electrical
insulators absorb Microwave at different
speeds. The materials containing moisture, such as food a
nd even absorb microwave
energy. If the energy is absorbed at a rate greater than
the speed at which the material loses energy (cooling
rate), its temperature increases.

6. PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO
EXCESSIVE ENERGYMICROWAVE
(a) Do not attempt to operate the generator when
the micro-switch is open, as this could result in harmful
exposure to microwave energy. It is important not
to hinder the proper functioning of the safety
interlock device.
(b) Do not operate the generator when it is damaged.
(c) Only a qualified service personnel are authorized to
perform repairs or adjustments on this unit.
This device complies with
Part 18 of FCC Rules

7. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Unpacking
Remove from the microwave generator all the various
packaging materials 2 check for damage such as:.
■ micro-switch that is not aligned properly
■ Damage around the wire, or
■ Bosses inside or outside of the microwave antenna
In case of any damage, do not operate the
microwave oven before a designated service
technician has checked the generator and has made the nec
essary repairs.
IMPORTANT: The side of the microwave
generator where the command is the
heaviest. Handle the microwave system gently. The weig
ht of the microwave generator is 30 kg.
■ Place the microwave generator on a cart, a work plan,
a table or shelf strong enough tow it
hstand the microwave .
■ The microwave should be at a temperature above 50
° F (10 ° C) for proper operation.
7
8. Electrical Requirements
Observe all local codes and regulations.
Required:
■ A power supply of 220 volts, 50 Hz, AC only, 15 or
20 amp fuse or circuit breaker protected.
Recommended:
■ A delay fuse or circuit breaker delay.
■ A separate circuit serving only this appliance.
Instructions For Grounding
Any appliances connected to a power supply cord:
It is necessary that the microwave generator is grounded. In
case of electrical short
circuit, the grounding reduces the risk of electric
shock because the electric current has a direct
route to ground delivery.
The generator has a power supply cord that has a
wire to ground, with pin earthling. We must insert the plug
into an outlet properly installed and grounded.

15. Repair
The microwave generator is not working
■ The magnetron works there properly?
Heat a cup (250 mL) cold water for 2 minutes at
the maximum magnetron power. If water does not
heat, try the steps below. If the microwave still does
not work, call of services. See "Assistance or Service".
saftey switch:
The switches are activated by the
the antenna main generator. They ensure that the
antenna is properly closed and prevents accid ental
discharge of the magnetron. A
large current flows through them when the magnetron
is operating. Mechanical contacts inside the switches
wear out and can stick causing a crash. There
placement of these switches isute a major problem.
15
16. Fuse
The fuses of ovens must be strictly respected. They
assure(insure) the safety(security)
case of electric failure preventing an overheating of the
domestic electric circuit. They
onts a value going from 10 amperes to 15 amperes
Diode and condenser top-voltage:
These electronic rooms(parts, plays) train(form) the section
high tension which feeds the magnetron.
The breakings are common and the repair is relatively simple
High-voltage transformer:
The failures of the High-voltage transformer are rare. His its
role is of
to transform the tension 110V AC into tension of high voltage.
16
17. Never use the generator in
Microwave inside or in one
Place without authorization
Never use under her(it)
Rain or tornado
Keep for at least 3 meters
Any inflammable materials
· Avoid touching antenna or if it is still warm.
· do not touch the generator you could cause a short
circuit or undergo an electric shock.
· do not let whoever use(get) it!
The operator indeed has to understand(include) all
these instructions.
· Always carry(wear) safety footwear and appropriate
clothes.
· Keep the children and the animals out of reach when
the generator is on the march.
17
18. Some cordless phones and some 2.45 Ghz wireless home
networks can be subjected to interference or noise when
the microwave generator is running. Use a corded
phone, cordless phone with a different frequency or avoid
using these items while operating the microwave
generator.
