- Example: Just to give an example, oftentimes my wife and I end the day with me rambling on about all of the business ideas that I have while she is desperately trying to get to sleep and in the next morning I frequently am anxiously awaiting for her to just barely open her eyes so that I can barrage her with the million ideas that I have had since I woke up.
- Entrepreneurs are a rare breed of people that take special care and feeding due to the personality traits that make them successful entrepreneurs. Because of that informal forums tend to work better for Entrepreneurs than formal forums because in informal forums, Entrepreneurs can feel free to participate in the discussion and feel more like they are brainstorming with peers than being told what to do. However, it is important that these informal forums have strong leadership and moderation so that no one Entrepreneur takes over and alienates the rest. Finally existing social media tools play a very important role in keeping the group alive and active between face to face events. In particular LinkedIn is a great resource for sharing professional information and for disseminating information about events that are of interest to Entrepreneurs.
