uniform ramification of e-learning and ICT
throughout the country

System
Online tutoring can be more time consuming than
face to face tutoring,
Training is required for both teacher and students,
The use of the large virtual learning environments is
expansive and may demand additional equipments,
Blended solutions can be expensive as they may
involve the development of expensive online learning
resources.

technology skills,
Lack of social interaction in asynchronous learning
environment.
Inadequate IT infrastructure.
21. Favorable Effects of E-based Higher Education
System

Batter system of evaluation,
Cultural scientific and technological integration lead
economic uniformity,
Batter delivery system of Higher Education.
22. Prerequisites for effective use of E-based Higher
Education System
With technological innovation, it is possible to deliver
higher education any time any where,
Infrastructural availability for E-Learning,

24. Conclusion and suggestions
Creativity provides a base for excellence in a
competitive world. If we want to our higher education
system to serve the changes brought by the knowledge
explosion of information technology, we must
mobilize the creative talent of the human resources
which is lying as stagnant condition.
In the present era of globalization and privatization,
it has become extremely essential that the teacher are
provided full support for their academic development
and recognition.
25. If really higher education has to move ahead, then
teacher belongs to the private institutions also needs
to be motivated and encourage to participate in the
professional and academic related activities.
