Why is this a success story? Ed, Linda and Larry were committed to doing the WORK! We practiced, worked out technical glitches, and did more practices! The four of us worked as a team, recognizing each others strengths and supporting each other through the process We established roles from the beginning, with my role being the producer, Ed being co-producer and marketer with some presentation functions, Linda being the primary presenter and Larry being the moderator.
