2. Remix My Mind is an online
meditation based intervention
course, designed for 10-12 year
old students in underserved
communities.
3. The purpose of meditation is to
become peaceful, clear, and more
focused, attributes desperately
needed for the many unique
challenges facing today’s youth.

(prosocial) impact of mindfulness based
activities for stress reduction and promotion of
positive emotional, behavioral, and educational
development for at risk students (Dariotis, 2010).
