•Community of users

• Direct access for guide owners to update frequently
• Reusable content = efficiency
• Easy
to integrate interactive elements: rss feeds, search boxes,
embedded video, chat widgets, user ratings, and guide widgets
on other sites
• Mobile and print friendly
• Users get more integrated outreach and research support

• Targeted guides not general
• Be succinct -- less is more!
• Images to add visual interest
• Sometimes better to show
than to tell
• Reuse content whenever
possible

10. NEXT STEPS
• Release 10 guides at the end of May
• Identify more content specialists
• Begin work on next wave of guides immediately
• Replace current guides with the new more targeted ones
• Integrate into CLE as much as possible
