an upcoming artist who has
a passion for art. Moving
from the natural scenes of the
environment to the portrait of
family members and famous
politicians Gagan has made all.
Being just 17-year-old Gagan
has made around twenty
paintings and portraits which
explain how beautiful can
artwork be like. Gagan is pur-
suing Civil Engineering in GNE
College but for him his passion
is making portraits. From the
very childhood Gagan is into
artwork and has got many
prizes even at school. When
asked from the family of this
talented boy, his parents
believe that it is a gift of God
that he is blessed with such a
talented hand.
Gagan even has a great
interest in Photography and
other than doing paintings, he
even clicks pictures of nature

The secret of my
fitness lies in the diet
which I intake. I have
made it a habit to
have amla juice early
morning that too in
empty stomach as it is
very good to clear all
toxicants. Even more I
regularly go for walk,
at least for one hour. So
secret of my fitness lies
in little things but yes
I even avoid fried food
too.
My Diet Plan
My diet is something
which can never be
altered. I am very fixed
for it. In the mid meals
I make it a habit to
have fruits, salads and
such thing. Then I keep
changing my breakfast
as this keeps me fit
because one get variety
of nutrients. Even
more having green tea
after meals is a must.
Moreover, once a week
or once in fifteen days I
stay on a fruit and milk
diet which makes me
back to normal shape
if I have gained some
weight.
The best project one can ever work is on one’s
own body. The future is created by what you
do today not by what you will do tomorrow.
You are blessed with a beautiful body so one
must maintain it to make it look pleasing, says
