9. Activity 1 – Get Jing Step 1: Download Jing - www.jingproject.com Step 2: Install Jing Step 3: Setup Screencast Account Step 4: Start Jing

10. Take a Screen Capture Step 1. Mouse over the Jing sun & click captureStep 2. Click & Drag cursor around what you want to capture.Step 3. Click on the “Capture image”

11. Annotate Screen Capture Step 4. Annotate your screen capture with the comment / drawing tools

12. Share a Screen Capture Step 5: Upload to screencast, save it to your computer or copy it to paste somewhere

13. Activity 2 – Take a Screen Capture Using the job aid provided, take five minutes and use jing to create a screen capture.

14. Create a Screencast Before you begin, you will need: Quiet environment to record A microphone (preferably a usb headset mic) A webcam if you have the pro version of Jing

16. Create a Screencast Step 4. Wait for the count down to begin speaking & recording your mouse movementStep 5. Click stop when you are finished recording.
