* Works as a map, by which you know how to go from point A
(the present moment) to point B;

•   It is useful for managing time;
•   It is good for self-regulation and self-management;
•   Helps for coping with multitasking
•   Results in having more free time to use it for fun and joy.

                            PRACTICE:
  1. Dedicate 10 min of your evening time to make a plan for
  the next day.
  2. Write down on a piece of paper the main 3 things you
  want to do next day.
  3. Concentrate on each of them for a min or two and then put
  the paper into your pocket.
  4. Take it out from your pocket from time to time.
  5. Consider it throughout the day.

                            RECOMMENDATIONS
I assure you that the practice of following a daily schedule is really
very useful and practical.
Right now you can start doing it to see the true results from it.
                                    ADVICE:
   Prepare your daily schedule consciously.
   Be grateful for the things you already have in your life.
   Plan and do not more than 3 main things throughout the day.
   Be motivated and fully present when doing them.
   Set the intention to do your best.
