Rashtriya Kissan Sangathan A nation-wide Farmers’ Organization, having farmers, extension officer, Agriculture scientist and technicians as its members. Estd. In 1964, with an objective of increasing Per Acre Agriculture Production to ensure nation’s food sufficiency.  Closely associated with MoA, Agriculture Universities, ICAR, NIAM and other institutions.   Strive for the welfare of agriculture, to make agriculture technically sound and economically viable. The Progressive Farmers’ Multipurpose Cooperative Society (PFC) A model cooperative society promoted by RKS. Promoted in Haryana in 2006 as a new experience in agriculture and to bridge the gap between farmer (producer) and consumer.  To check malpractices and exploitation by traders, fake pesticide and seed sellers. To convert agriculture from ‘a way of living’ to an enterprise, making it cost-effective, comfortable and profitable .
