Why is it important to launch
  this business? Identify three
ways in which this business might
   help the local community?
We want to manage the sports shop in Aizu. To launch this business is very
important. Because the sports shop is few in Aizu. I feel inconvenience when
                                   we buy s
ports goods. We launch this business to solve this problem. I sell various
sports goods to become popular among people of all ages. We think that this
                                    busines
s might help the local community. We have three ways.
1.We sponsor various spots events. For example, we are going to hold the
Championship baseball. I think that this event activates the local
                                  community.
2.If the number of sports players increases, the resident might become
                                   intimate
                                       .
3.If we sponsor many various spots events, a lot of famous sports players
                                     might
                                   grow up.
Ideas for launching this business.
Identify 5 innovative things you might
                  wan
t to do for developing this business.

We will launch business. We have something to think about this. The grand opening for us business
is a chance to introduce us business to the public, obtain ne
w customers and kick-start us earnings. We don't want to fail. So we think that
5 innovative things we might want to do for developing this business.
1.Our business aim to become shop of top of Japan at selection of goods. Various guests come to a
                                               store.
2.We write a business plan. For a business to be successful and profitable, the
owners and the managing directors must have a clear understanding of the firm's
                               customers, strengths and competition.
3.We put on a commercial on the television and web. So residents can know this business, and they
                                          come to a store.
4.To advertise the shop, a famous entertainer is appointed. Various people are
                                      interested in our shop.
5.We pack your grand opening with activities and entertainment. We provide activities for
children, music for adults, games, prizes and giveaways.
How should your business reach
out to the potential customers?
What might be some of the ways you will
         advertise your company.
The staff in our shop makes a signboard and
          advertising dispersal.
The where to make contact is recorded in
              the signboard.
The where to make contact is firmly
     described clearly in advertising
              dispersal.
How should you advertise your products? Develop a proper
                      advertising
strategy to market your product to the local community.

Write a slogan for your advertisement.

The first method is informing to the consumer existence and

information on our shops with advertising dispersal and the signboard.

Profitable service and the price of the sports shop are filled in on

                   advertising dispersal and the signboard.

Thus, a profitable price and service will be appealed to the consumer

and we wait for the telephone from the customer.

The second method is making the homepage in internet of the

                         sports shop that we manage.
How could the University of
     Aizu assist your business?
        Explain elaborately.
What University of Aizu assist your business is education side mainly. For
example, it is English education.English is essential to business.Because the
reason
is because you must work as the overseas consumer in a target in the modern
society. When I say what the English education of Aizu University was useful.
For example, practice hearing English by the class of listening and reading.I
acquired t
he ability that talked with an overseas visitor.and I acquired ability to
read a
sentence. In addition, I wore the most important ability to convey one's
opinion
by the class of Speaking and Writing.
What are the resources you need to
start the business? Do you need to
employ people, do you need furniture,
     computers for your store, etc?.
  Identify everything that you need.

At first money is necessary to do what. The reason is because much
money is necessary to buy a computer to employ a person.Second it is
land to build a shop to be necessary.I think that it is very
important to purchase land. For example, the
visitor does not come even if I buy land for the place with a little
pedestrian
traffic and I feel it and do not think that a visitor is inconvenient
even if to
o small to visit it in a shop.It is to contract with a construction
company to b
uild a shop to be necessary next.I think that it leads to the growth
of my company to contract with an excellent company.
Give an example of a company who sells similar products in the market. How do they
sell their product. Do an internet search for what they sell, the prices, discounts
etc they offer etc and report it here.

For example, it is XEBIO which is big sports outfitter. I
really go in XEBIO, an
d there is the experience that bought an article for,; but
their sales system an
d the discount to offer:
・I make a reward card and it discounts it and gives a
service if a point accoumulates to some extent.
I will think that a consumer will come to this shop again if
I make it such a method.
・With many articles, article making even is very good.
Oneself whom a consumer does not have in other shops can let
you think that an appropriate thing is found if I do it in
this way.
